The Gender & Food Index presents findings on the policies and practices of 51 global food system organizations. The Index consists of 13 variables which assess performance across two interlinked dimensions of inequality: inequality of opportunity in career pathways inside organizations and inequality in who benefits from the global food system. Findings are presented below and in the Global Food 50/50 report.
